A menu you won't find anywhere else
Bistro Mulan serves cuisine from the Jiangnan area of China, which is rare in Japan.
We traveled to the region, studied traditional Jiangnan cuisine and culture, and faithfully recreated the local flavors so that people in Japan could enjoy them.
Seasonal special menu
Each season, our chefs prepare new special menus, featuring dishes made with seasonal ingredients and exclusive wines, all of which are inspired by the season.
